Our range of services
We offer all mandatory services under the NHS including crowns etc. Where we cannot offer certain services at our practice, we will refer you to the specialist concerned. We will also offer you a practitioner preference. For us to help you we would advise you to follow your dentist's advice​.
NHS Treatment
NHS treatment is undertaken by our dentist.
Registration for NHS treatment is no longer necessary and you can get NHS treatment as long as we have the capacity for that year.

Health and safety precautions
We would like to reassure our patients that all necessary precautions are taken to safeguard both patients and staff against cross-infection. Disposable items are used where possible and all dental instruments and hand pieces are sterilised at a very high temperature in accordance with health and safety requirements.
Data protection
The practice complies with the requirement of data protection legislation and your dental records/personal data will be stored securely and accessed only by those directly involved in your treatment or, on occasion, by the primary care trust or the NHS Business Services Authority, but we will seek your consent before releasing any information to them. You may also request access to your records. We have zero tolerance policy and will refuse treatment to patients who are violent or abusive.
Laboratory work
Laboratory work for crowns and dentures etc is undertaken by top class technicians who work to the same standard that we do. Free quotations will be given on request.
Facilities for the disabled
We have suitable access for disabled patients and arrangements can be made for disabled patients. Please contact us in advance of your visit.
Practice complaints procedure
We operate a customer complaints procedure in accordance with National guidelines. We hope that all complaints can be resolved quickly and easily with the person concerned. If however you wish to discuss your complaint in more detail please contact our Practice Manager.
